Congratulations Nikhil, on the birth of your new Shamray Custom Shop instrument (serial number CS 2007)! We will post pictures of it's construction-in-progress from time to time here in this thread. For the curious, here are the specs on CS 2007: CRAFTER: VADIM PASHIN SOLIDBODY 6-string electric, body of ZEBRAWOOD RG body shape, with clear lacquer finish Customer will supply the KAHLER bridge and pickups Shop will supply two CTS 500K pots, output jack, plus 4-pole, 5-position switch Shop will wire to ' RG, S: Classic 5' wiring schematic ( 1 vol, 1 tone, 5-way switch) Location of pots, switch, and jack as per standard RG NECK: 3 piece mahogany 'RG-style' with ebony fretboard 25.5” scale length Wizard neck profile: Depth - 17mm @ 1st fret, 20 mm @12th fret Width: 43mm @nut, 56mm @ 22nd fret Fretboard radius: 430 mm NECK finished in transparent black lacquer - front of headstock will be opaque gloss black lacquer Mother of pearl fretboard dot markers, white plastic side dots Black schaller locking nut (43 mm) Black Sperzel locking machine heads Shop shall paint custom “GONZO” logo, vertical orientation in place of usual “ibanez' logo ( Actual size of logo – approximately 2.5” x 1”) Flower is red with green center, GONZO in red letters Custom shop logo, serial number, and crafter signature on back of headstock |
