Congratulations Lars, on the birth of your new Shamray Custom Shop instrument (serial number CS 0313)! We will post pictures of it's construction-in-progress from time to time here in this thread. Thanks, Kota! I wanted to combine picking up the guitar with summer holidays (instead of picking it up in cold Moscow during the winter some time), and this way I get a short delivery estimate!  Anyway, black cherry was one of my favorites before I started to think about the silverburst. And yeah, I decided that trem was the way to go, therefore I could base it on the orphan! I'll post the picks I have received from Michael this evening. |

Ok, this project got a flying start. As you know, the body is the "orphan" after the DAP Custom (cs 1970), so what is left is just making/attaching neck, finishing and setting up the guitar. Thanks to Michael and Sushkov for getting this off so quickly. The pics I've gotten so far: |

thats cool how your pics a thumbnailed till you click on them. much better than the sising down. i really like your guitar dude, im thinking of mabye a similiar colour prs body but with a maple strat neck and headstock for my next project. |

Thanks, you're own project is awesome too. I'm going to get a LP from here sometime too, but I decided PRS'ish was the best way to go for my first quality guitar, as it's more versatile. Maple neck sounds nice, headstock? Hm... well, the body shape has some resemblances to the strat body, so...
